What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of using conscious, controlled breathing techniques to shift our state of being. By altering our breath patterns, we can activate the parasympathetic nervous system (our “rest and digest” mode), reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and even access deeper layers of healing.

This practice is particularly effective for:

Meet Amber

Amber’s expertise in breathwork is complemented by her background in Reiki, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), trauma-informed healing, and holistic wellness. She also has completing a Graduate Certificate in Counselling, deepening her understanding of human behaviour and emotional well-being. This additional training allows her to bring an even more compassionate and informed approach to her sessions, helping individuals navigate their healing journey with greater awareness and support.

With a passion for personal growth and natural well-being, Amber has helped countless individuals find calm, clarity, and connection through breathwork. Her sessions are a sanctuary for those seeking to pause, breathe, and reset.


When Can You Join a Breathwork Session?

Amber holds weekly Monday evening breathwork sessions from 6:30–7:30 PM and fortnightly Friday evening sessions from 6:00–7:00 PM at The Hundred. These group sessions are a perfect way to unwind, reset, and reconnect.

For those seeking personalised support, 1:1 breathwork sessions with Amber are available during the day, between school hours. Private sessions provide a tailored experience, allowing deeper exploration of your personal needs, whether it’s managing stress, processing emotions, or enhancing overall well-being.
