REFORMER PILATES

My vibe reformer

Based on the classic Reformer Pilates Repertoire, allowing each member to do whatever moves them for the way their body is feeling on that day. Each sequence throughout the class is layered to enable basic to advanced levels to be achieved. Individual programming from each instructor may also incorporate the use of light hand weights, the Pilates ring or ball and the reformer long sitting box adding variety to each class ensuring a total 360 body workout is achieved. Suitable for all levels of fitness, beginners to advanced.

Stretch it out reformer

A class designed to stretch you out! A slower paced class incorporating stretching movements using the resistance from the reformer to aid with stability and increasing flexibility over time, allowing lengthening within each major muscle group when performing the movements. This class aids in recovery and relaxation for both the body and mind and may also include the use of the Pilates ring or ball and the reformer long sitting box and Thera bands. Stretch it out classes compliment all other forms of exercise and it suitable for all levels of fitness.

MAT PILATES

Classic Mat

45min Classic Pilates incorporating the movements from Joseph Pilates Original Repertoire. Every movement is broken down into achievable layered sequences from basic through to intense progressions allowing you to dial it up or down depending on what moves you. A total body workout is achieved through using body weight movements and may include the user of equipment such as Pilates ring, balls, bands and light hand weights.

Power Mat

45min Power Pilates incorporating the movements from Joseph Pilates Original Repertoire, with the emphasis on stronger powerful movements using light hand weights, to challenge all major muscle groups to improve overall strength and power. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and strength as every movement is broken down into achievable layered sequences from basic through to intense progressions allowing you to dial it up or down depending on what moves you.

Intensity Mat

45min High Intensity Pilates combining the foundations of Pilates and functional movement for a high energy class working upper and lower body with the incorporation of core activation. Light hand weights and props are used to dial up muscle activation and challenge, Class is layered up and down to suit all abilities, with options provided throughout to ensure your success. The Hundred’s Intensity class aims to shape and strengthen your muscles and give you energy all day.

Seated Pilates

45min Class performed seated in a chair. Designed using low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving flexibility and posture. Doing modified Pilates movements while seated in a chair is a great way for participants with limited mobility to get the health benefits of these exercises without needing to lie down. Staying seated means that exercises are performed safely and enable the ability to work towards increasing strength and flexibility.

YOGA

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is consisted of a series of slow, long holds and mat-based postures that stretch out the connective tissues and fascia in the body. It’s a practice for all levels of yogis.

Hatha Yoga

This 55 minute class is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements and stretching.

Yin and Yang Flow

We have designed this 75 minute class to get the best out of these two yoga practices: The Yan made of ‘Vinyasa’ flowing asanas connected by breath and the Yin made of longer asana holds (3 to 5 minutes). This helps to increase flexibility in the connective tissues, preventing/ helping the recovery of injuries. You will experience a sense of inner stillness and wholeness. We finish off this class with the amazing power of yoga relaxation. Room temperature.
