My Vibe Reformer

Rooted in the classic Reformer Pilates repertoire, My Vibe Reformer allows each participant to tailor movements to suit how their body feels on that day.


Every sequence is thoughtfully layered to accommodate all levels, from beginner to advanced, ensuring a personalized and inclusive experience. Instructors at The Hundred may also integrate light hand weights, Pilates rings, balls, or the Reformer sitting box, offering variety and a dynamic edge to each class.

Stretch It Out Reformer

Unwind, lengthen, and rejuvenate with our Reformer Stretch class—a slower-paced session thoughtfully designed to release tension and enhance flexibility. Using the reformer’s unique resistance and stability, this class guides you through targeted stretches that focus on lengthening every major muscle group. Over time, these movements help improve your range of motion, promote recovery, and leave your body feeling lighter and more relaxed.


To deepen the stretch and add variety, we may incorporate prps such as the Pilates ring, ball, reformer sitting box, and Therabands. Each session is crafted to aid not only physical recovery but also mental relaxation, making it the perfect complement to your regular fitness routine.

Spicy 100 Reformer

Spicy 100 is an upbeat, high-energy Reformer Pilates class that incorporates explosive ‘Spicy Blasts’ and offers the opportunity to challenge yourself with advanced movements. Get ready to leave feeling strong, empowered, and invincible!


The Spicy 100 class kicks off with a full-body warm-up designed to elevate your heart rate, followed by alternating bursts of low and high-intensity movements. These “Spicy Blasts” are interspersed with active recovery, allowing you to push your limits while maintaining energy throughout the session.

Fusion Strength

Looking for a class that blends strength, precision, and variety? Our 45-minute Fusion Strength classes are the perfect choice. These sessions seamlessly combine the best elements of classic Mat Pilates and Reformer exercises to create a dynamic, full-body workout designed to leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and deeply connected to your body.


Each sequence is carefully structured and layered, making it accessible to everyone—from beginners just starting their Pilates journey to seasoned practitioners looking to refine their technique and push their limits.
