WHAT KIND OF CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

We have a timetable full of pilates and yoga style classes! Classes vary in intensity and are suitable for every ability, but if you’re a complete beginner, our classic pilates class is a great place to start!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAT PILATES & REFORMER?

Both Mat and Reformer Pilates are fantastic for building strength, stability, flexibility, and toned muscles—but here’s how they differ:


Mat Pilates

Uses your body weight as resistance, making it super accessible and great for all levels. All you need is a mat and some space to move!


Reformer Pilates

Takes it up a notch with a Reformer machine that uses springs for resistance. It provides support and challenge, helping you achieve a deeper range of movement.


No matter which you choose, our amazing instructors are here to guide you and make adjustments as needed. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, we’ve got you covered!


WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A CLASS?

Our classes can be as gentle or intense as you like—it’s all about what works for you! Here’s what to bring to make the most of your session:



  • Water: Stay hydrated—it’s the key to a great workout!

  • Sweat Towel: You’ll need it, whether you’re dialing it up or keeping it low-key.

  • Grip Socks: Required for Reformer classes. Don’t have a pair? No worries! You can purchase some at The Hundred Reception before class.

  • Mat: For Mat Pilates, we recommend bringing your own, but we’ve got some spares if you need one.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A CLASS?

Life happens, and we totally get it. Just make sure you cancel at least 2 hours before your class starts, and we’ll credit the session back to your account.


If you cancel within the 2-hour window, we are unable to credit the class back—thank you for your understanding.


Our classes are small, and last-minute changes make it tricky to fill spots. This policy helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.


DO I NEED TO BOOK MY CLASS IN ADVANCE?

Yes! To secure your spot in your favorite class, make sure to book ahead of time. You can do this quickly and easily online via the Momence App or by reaching out to The Hundred Reception Team—we’re happy to help!


If the class is fully booked, no worries—you’ll automatically be added to the waiting list, and we’ll notify you if a spot opens up.

CAN I DO PILATES IF I AM PREGNANT?

Absolutely! We’d love to have you join us during this special time.


Here’s what we offer to keep things safe and comfortable for you:



  • Pregnancy Wedges: Specially designed to support safe Reformer Pilates, following Australian Government Health Department guidelines.

  • Small Class Capacity: Our limited class capacity allows for personalized attention

  • Expert instructors: Our instructors will support you through your pregnancy journey with the relevant modifications


You’re welcome to join any class – our instructors will guide and adjust exercises to suit your needs.


If you’re unsure about which class is best, just chat with our friendly instructors—they’re here to help you feel confident and supported!


WHERE IS THE HUNDRED LOCATED?

Our address is Level 2 / 1 Manning Street, Scarborough.


The easiest way to access the studio is via the outdoor staircase on Manning Street (above Esplanade Bar).


You can also enter via the lift in the lobby (go to Level 3) or there is direct access from the Wilson car park on Level 6.


DO YOU HAVE AN APP?

Yes! The Hundred Pilates APP (Momence) is the easiest way to view our timetable and manage your schedule, buy packages / memberships, account information and purchase gift cards:

HOW DO I CLAIM MY GIFT CARD?

To claim your gift card, simply download The Hundred App, click the ‘MORE’ tab > ‘Redeem your gift card’ and enter your gift card number when prompted. You can then book into the class(es) of your choice!

If you have any trouble redeeming your gift card, please call the studio and we would be happy to do it for you.


WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Our friendly team is here to help with staffed hours from 9am to 3pm – Monday to Friday.


But don’t worry—our classes run from 6am, Monday to Sunday, so there’s plenty of time to get your Pilates fix! Check out the full schedule on our Momence app.


Want to visit the studio for a chat or to shop our merch, grip socks, cacao, and more? Just give us a call ahead of time, and we’ll make sure someone is there to greet you!


HOW DOES THE WAITLIST SYSTEM WORK?

We know it’s frustrating when spots go unclaimed, so our waitlist system aims to make things smoother for everyone:


Automatic SMS Notifications

When a spot opens up, you’ll get an SMS alert sent straight to your phone.


Quick Confirmation

You’ll have 20 minutes to confirm your spot—so act fast!


Waitlist Visibility

Wondering where you stand? Check your waitlist position anytime in the Momence App.


Email Notifications

No phone? No problem! We’ll send email notifications for those without a phone number.


We recommend booking your favourite class in advance to avoid disappointment if you are unable to respond to waitlist notifications.
