Exercise Physiologists specialise in exercise-based interventions for people at risk of developing, or have existing, medical conditions and injuries. Exercise Physiologists can help prevent or manage acute, sub- acute or chronic diseases or injuries as well as help optimise people’s physical function, health & wellness.

Exercise Physiology & Pilates go hand in hand, working together to improve core strength, muscle tone, posture, balance, general full body strengthening and flexibility.

Working with a wide range of clients from chronic illnesses and musculoskeletal injuries, through to those who are seeking to strengthen and improve their confidence through a supportive 1:1 approach, Chloe’s holistic style is all about empowering members to feel like the best version of themselves.
